(April 23rd, 2015, Shanghai) Hilong signed a strategic cooperation agreement with CNPC Baoji Petroleum Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. in Baoji on April 20th. This further deepens the mutual strategic and cooperative relationship in multiple fields.
According to the agreement, the two parties will cooperate in, among others, OCTG coating, pipe coating and weight coating, petroleum pipeline coating and other pipe coatings for special purposes.
“We have always been committed to building up our specialized capacity in pipelines, to further the integration of pipeline technology and service,” says Hilong President Zhang Jun, “As representatives of private companies and state-owned corporations, Hilong and Baoji Steel Pipe dedicate ourselves to creating a new example of the development of private companies and state-owned corporations. The signing of this strategic cooperation agreement will further enhance the level and areas of mutual cooperation, strengthen the advantages and competitiveness of the two companies, and facilitate the joint development of both parties in the relevant areas.”
Present in the signing ceremony were Hilong President Zhang Jun and Bai Gongli, Board Chairman and General Manager of Baoji Steel Pipe. Wang Tao, Hilong Executive President, and Yang Jijun, Deputy General Manager of Baoji Steel Pipe, signed the agreement.
